Snickerdoodle

Now-- i don't consider myself much of a professional cookie reviewer -- this is my first--- but I've had myself a number of snickerdoodles in my day and I must say--- we're in a league of our own for a couple reasons.

1) Texture-- They hold their structure very well in both ways.
-- if you want to break them apart with your hands, and share with others you can create nice cookie sections with almost zero crumbs on the split

-- If you want to take a bit directly into the cookie, it doesnt sink or smush from the pressure of your teeth. They hold their shape, but with a softness that's a delicate balance of the perfect bake and the right mixture of ingredients

2) Taste:

The snickerdoodle can be overly commercial (I'm looking at you trader joes) where the ingredients give you Snickerdoole taste, but without the personality of real ingredients. It takes a few cookies to build up the flavor on your tongue so that you feel like you got the full experience.

On the other side, the snickerdoodle is a popular cookie to overly spice, where the bitterness of competing flavors dominate your palette, invading your nasal passages and leaving your tongue searching for the sugary delight of a proper post-coffee sweet.

The Grace Bakery Snickerdoodle is the perfect amount of spice and sugar, with the first bite on a virgin tongue delivering a punch of well mixed flavors to let you know this was baked in a kitchen with care, but a sugary finish to satisfy the craving of a dessert thats perfect for both an after-meal treat, or afternoon snack

3) Freshness

The cookie maintained it's freshness for days after purchase, delivering an unwavering satisfaction without the pressure of expiration.

4) Snackability

After a few bites I could have simply repackaged and saved the rest for later without a worry about the quality of the cookie over time. Even though I didn't, I could have. That said-- after demolishing the cookie in a single sitting, i felt zero guilt. The natural balance of flavors, texture and taste, left me feeling like I added a well balanced sweet treat to my otherwise healthy diet.

Overall-- I rank this snickerdoodle above every snickerdoodle thats graced my face. Less sugary than insomnia & crumbl without being less sweet. Better texture than every store bought. And more balance than the cookies made by other indie bakers that I've tried thus far.

Super yummy, moist, yet chewy with perfect amount of sweetness and a bit of salt makes this super yummy 😋

These cookies are INSANE! They literally melt in your mouth. They are so soft and delicious. You can taste the love, care, and joy that went into making them. They are so fresh and you can really taste the real ingredients. I would eat a whole basket of these.
